Hi! I’m Rochelle, the Founding Director of RAW Therapy. If you need someone compassionate and straightforward, I’m here to help you improve! Have you tried therapy before and feel stuck or unmotivated? I’m dedicated to helping you with adult struggles and relationship challenges, all while adding some humor and practical tools to help you change your life.
For clinicians, I provide comprehensive consultation for cases involving complex trauma, substance use, dissociation, and/or EMDR, drawing on a wealth of experience to guide treatment options and therapeutic approaches. I also offer speaking engagements tailored for community partners, where I share insights and latest research on mental health practices, aiming to empower professionals and foster collaboration within the community to enhance support systems for those in need.
